With over 30-years experience in both NHS medicine and Polarity Therapy, I enjoy meeting the client where they are, on their journey towards optimum health and wellbeing.
Polarity gives me a wide spectrum of techniques at my fingertips, making for a truly holistic approach. This profound work is a privilege to share! I enjoy knowing that the self-help exercises and understandings gleaned from this work can help the client to heal themselves, and thus empower, and bring more Life into their lives.

She currently practises as a Polarity Practitioner, with qualifications in Shiatsu (dip.),
Registered General Nurse (RGN),
